 🏺 General & Product Questions

Are your pottery pieces identical?

No. Every item is individually handmade in our studio. Because of this artisanal process, there will always be natural variations in size, shape, glaze texture, and colour. Each piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind artwork, and these slight differences are a beautiful characteristic of studio ceramics.

Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, our pottery is designed for daily use. However, to keep your unique pieces looking their best and to prolong their lifespan, we highly recommend gentle hand washing. Avoid sudden, extreme temperature changes to prevent thermal shock.


📦 Shipping & Local Collection

How long will it take to get my order?We are a dedicated two-person team running everything ourselves. We aim to hand-package and ship all retail orders within 8–14 working days. If you need an item urgently for a gift or a specific date, please contact us before ordering to see if express delivery is possible.

Can I collect my order from your studio?Yes. Free local collection can be arranged directly from our studio in Barton-upon-Humber. Please complete your purchase online and get in touch with us via email or our website messenger to schedule a convenient date and time to collect your piece.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, we ship overseas using Evri International. A valid email address and phone number are required at checkout for tracking. Please note that the recipient is fully responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their destination country.


🔄 Cancellations, Returns & Damages

What happens if my pottery arrives broken?We take immense care when packing our ceramics using protective wrapping. In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately via email or our website messenger. We will handle the courier claim and arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.

What is your return policy if I change my mind?

We want you to love your pottery. Under UK online shopping regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us if you wish to return a standard retail item.

  • Returns are completely free—contact us, and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Items must be sent back unused, undamaged, and securely packed in their original packaging.
  • Bespoke, custom-made, or personalised orders cannot be returned.

What is your cancellation policy for Courses and Workshops?

  • 2 to 4-Hour Workshops: Full refund with minimum 3 days’ notice; 50% refund with 24 hours’ notice.
  • 5+ Hour Workshops & All Courses: Full refund with minimum 5 days’ notice; 50% refund with 48 hours’ notice.
  • All customer-initiated refunds are subject to a non-refundable 2% booking administration fee to cover payment platform costs. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.


🛒 Payment & OrderingWhat payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Square Pay, as well as payments via PayPal and BACS bank transfers.
