Instructed Pottery Sessions & Workshops

Return and Refund Policy  

Payments must be made via the booking system on our website. For 2 to 4-hour workshops, 24 hours’ notice must be given for a 50% refund and a minimum of 3 days’ notice for a full refund. For courses and workshops lasting 5 or more hours, 48 hours’ notice is required for a 50% refund and 5 days’ notice for a full refund. All refunds are subject to a deductable 2.5% processing fee. Gift vouchers are strictly non-refundable.  No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
